Passes available:

Single Day Pass (which allows entry to a single festival day as purchased)

Weekend Pass (which allows entry to either Weekend 1: 9th/10th October, or Weekend 2: 16th/17th October as purchased)

You will be sent an email with your pass (ezyticket/e-ticket) from the festival’s official ticketing partners. Please present your digital pass (ezyticket/e-ticket), or print out your pass (ezyticket/e-ticket) and bring it along in order to exchange it for your wristband on the wristband collection dates.

No, the pass (ezyticket/e-ticket) does not allow direct entry into the festival. You will be required to exchange your pass (ezyticket/e-ticket) for a wristband on wristband collection dates, which will then allow you entry to the festival.

No. The Single Day Pass wristband only grants access for one selected day, while the Weekend Pass wristband grants access for two consecutive days on the selected weekend.

Weekend Pass wristbands will be valid across both days of the selected weekend. Please DO NOT remove your wristband at the end of the first day. The same wristband will be required for entry for the second day of the selected weekend. Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced.

An email notification will be sent to all registered pass holders for wristband collection closer to the festival date. You may also check our social media for wristbands collection announcements closer to the festival date.

No, only physical self-collection of the wristbands on wristband collection dates is available.

Yes, you can authorize someone to collect the wristbands on your behalf. Kindly fill up the authorisation letter and present the required documents stated in the letter during collection. Do take note that all passes (ezytickets/e-tickets) can only be exchanged for wristbands ONCE during wristband collection.

Apart from being an indentification for entry into festival, the RFID wristband is a cashless payment system that makes transactions faster and easier at the festival. You may top-up your wristband with your intended sum during wristband collection and on festival site.

Top up methods are: Cash / Credit card ONLY.

No, re-entry is not permitted. In the unlikely event of any emergency on festival grounds, please seek assistance from the staff on site.

No, all passes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Yes, you may purchase festival passes on our website via your mobile phone.

Yes. A pending charge may mean that the payment is still being processed. Passes are only guranteed if a confirmation email is received.

No, there will be no refunds or rebates issued. The festival will take place rain or shine. Please keep up-to-date on weather reports and plan your attire and preparations accordingly. Let’s all hope for good weather for a wild party!

There will be a Box Office available at the nearby Marina Bay Sands for sales of the limited passes available. The Box office will be opened from 12pm to 9pm on event days.

Hydeout has been rescheduled to take place on 9th, 10th, 16th, and 17th October instead, and will be taking place at The Meadow @ Gardens by the Bay.

Yes, your current festival passes will still be valid for the rescheduled dates.
Purchased Weekend Pass/Single Day Pass will remain for selected Weekend 1/2 or Day 1/2/3/4 accordingly in October.

Our team both locally and internationally are working very closely with artists and managers to reschedule everyone on the line-up and ensure that the Hydeout experience will be nothing less of what we envisioned it to be. Should there be any changes to Hydeout’s schedule or line-up, passholders will be informed and guided accordingly if they wish to reselect their preferred festival dates.

Should there be any changes to Hydeout’s schedule or line-up, passholders will be allowed to re-select a preferred date for your existing pass. Do note that the re-selection will only be allowed upon the confirmation of Hydeout’s rescheduled lineup.

You will be allowed to get a refund on your purchased passes should you be unable to make it on the new dates. Please refer to the next question below for instructions on how to get a refund.

To get a refund on your Hydeout passes, please follow the instructions below depending on which ticketing partner you purchased your passes from.
